North Korea, Mongolia agree on annual foreign ministers' talks | GlobalPost: "Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj was in Pyongyang from Oct. 28-31 at the invitation of Kim Yong-nam, North Korea's parliamentary chief and nominal head of state. Elbegdorj was the first foreign leader to go to the North after Kim Jong-un assumed power in late 2011. The North's Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) report indicated that he did not meet with the new young North Korean leader, who has yet to make a public debut on the diplomatic front."
