SouthGobi obtains three coal exploration licenses in Mongolia - Energy Business Review: "SouthGobi Resources, a Canada-based coal mining company, has secured three pre-mining agreements (PMAs) in Mongolia pertaining to the projects the Zag Suuj coal deposit and areas associated with the Soumber deposit.
The PMAs from Mineral Resources Authority of Mongolia (MRAM) will enable the miner to proceed with the mining license application process."
