The 50MW installation at Salkhit, south of the capital, Ulaanbaatar, was developed by Clean Energy, a unit of locally based investment firm Newcom Group.
GE has supplied 31 1.6MW turbines for the $122m project, which is the country’s largest new energy installation in three decades, according to Bloomberg."
