JCBI, Bank of Mongolia and TDBM sign agreement for merchant acquiring - Banking Business Review: "JCB International (JCBI), Bank of Mongolia (BOM), and commercial bank Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia (TDBM) have signed a master license agreement for merchant acquiring, enabling all merchants in Mongolia to accept JCB cards.
Significantly improving the payment environment for JCB card members visiting the country, the new agreement will widen the card acceptance, while card issuance with banks in Mongolia is likely to start soon."
