Mongolia or bust for intrepid fund-raisers | St George & Sutherland Shire Leader: "A GROUP of mates from Sutherland Shire are driving 16,000 kilometres across Europe to raise money for charity in a car that has been described as a ‘‘highly unsuitable granny-mobile’’.
Ryan Lindfield, 27, of Grays Point and Shaun and Chris Thodey, both 27, of Cronulla, are taking part in the London to Mongolia Rally from July 13 to August 30.
The rally raises money for the Katoke Trust Charity, a voluntary organisation founded in the shire to address poverty in the Katoke area of Tanzania."
