Mongolia Investment Group Ltd. : Clarification Announcement related to the 2012 Annual Report of the Company: "Reference is made to the annual report ("2012 Annual Report") of Mongolia Investment Group Limited ("Company") for the financial year ended on 31 March 2012. Unless the context provides otherwise, the capitalized terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as those in the 2012 Annual Report. This announcement is supplement to and should be read in conjunction with the 2012 Annul Report.
In page 9 of the annual report of the Company for the financial year ended on 31 March 2011, the Company disclosed the amount of resources in the TNE Mine. The Company wishes to clarify that for the financial year ended on 31 March 2012, when compared with the financial year ended on 31 March 2011, there was no material change in the amount of the resources in the TNE Mine.
