Fars News Agency :: Iran, Mongolia Agree to Expand Mutual Ties: "Iran-Mongolia relations are positive and the two countries have immense historical and cultural fields in commons, said Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a meeting with the Mongolian delegation which attended the 16th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
Ahmadinejad underscored the necessity for solidarity among independent states in a bid to have the ability to affect developments in the world.
He evaluated Iran-Mongolia relations positive and said that the two countries have many historical, cultural commonalities and now have good ties with each other. "
