WorleyParsons Wins Mongolian Minerals Project | Break Bulk: "The Tsagaan Suvarga project is located in southern Mongolia, 560 kilometers southeast of the capital city of Ulaanbaatar. It will include a 14.6 million-tonne-per-year copper-molybdenum concentrator and associated infrastructure. Rhenium is a byproduct of the process and is essential in the making of jet engine blades.
WorleyParsons' Brisbane office will take the lead on the project with support from other WorleyParsons offices in China and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, the company said in a statement. The expected revenue to WorleyParsons from this contract is US$68 million."
