Pinky, Sarita, Sonia make Asian Women Boxing Championship semifinals - The Times of India: "NEW DELHI: Pinki Jangra, Sonia Lather and Sarita Devi scored dominating victories to reach the semifinals of their respective categories at the 6th Asian Women Boxing Championships in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on Wednesday.
Meena Rani was only Indian pugilist to lose on Wednesday. Competing in 48kg category, Pinki Jangra scored a convincing 17-8 win over Dina Ilyubayeva of Kazakhstan.
The bout was close in the first two round as the scores were level 2-2 and 5-5. Pinky played aggressively after that and took the score to 10-6 at the end of round three. "
