Mongolian Democratic Party to Pull out of Coalition Gov't: "The Mongolian Democratic Party (MDP) finally decided to withdraw from the ruling coalition government on Wednesday.

Since the formation of the coalition government, Mongolia was able to have a stable political life and has successfully overcome the negative impacts of global financial and economic crisis, said MDP Chairman Norov Altankhuyag.

Mongolia's economy is entering a rapid development period, and the MDP has successfully fulfilled its historical mission, Altankhuyag told a meeting of the party's ruling body National Consultative Committee.

It's time for the party to withdraw from the coalition government and begin to prepare for the upcoming parliamentary and local council elections, Altankhuyag said."
